By submitting personal data, the Buyer agrees to the processing, storage and use of personal data on the basis of the Law "On Personal Data" for the following purposes:
- User registration on the site
- Implementation of customer support
- User receiving information about marketing events
- Fulfillment by the Seller of obligations to the Buyer
- Conducting audits and other internal research to improve the quality of services provided
Personal data means any personal information that allows to establish the identity of the Buyer such as:

- Mailing address
Buyers' personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, unless the automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with the implementation of legal requirements.
The Seller undertakes not to transfer the received personal data to third parties, with the exception of the following cases:
- At the request of authorized government bodies only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law.
- To strategic partners who work with the Seller to provide products and services, or to those who help the Seller to sell products and services to consumers. We provide third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary only to provide the required service or conduct the necessary transaction.
The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these rules, provided that the changes do not contradict the current legislation of Georgia. Changes to the terms of these rules come into force after their publication on the Site.
Data retention period
Personal data is stored for 5 (five) years from the date of the customer's last order, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Data may be retained longer if required by Georgian law (e.g., tax records).
